1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProfitPal.org ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ProfitPal is a stock analysis platform that provides:

• AI-powered stock analysis and insights
• Financial metrics and valuation tools
• Investment screening and filtering
• Educational content about stock analysis

3. Subscription and Pricing

3.1 Service Plans

• Free Trial: 5 analyses per device for evaluation
• Membership Fee: $29.99 one-time payment to join ProfitPal ECOSYSTEM
• Early Bird Subscription: $9.99/month (valid until December 31, 2025)
• Standard Subscription: $14.99/month (starting January 1, 2026)

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Telegram Stars
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the 1st of each month unless cancelled
• Membership fees are non-refundable after service activation
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Referral system: Each friend who joins = 1 free month (maximum 12 free months per account)
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at our discretion with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers

3.3 Service Suspension Policy

• Payment Due Date: Monthly subscription payments are due on the 1st of each month
• Grace Period: If payment is not received by the 1st, service continues until the 2nd of the month
• Service Restriction: Starting the 2nd of the month, advanced features will be restricted, with only basic metrics remaining accessible until payment is received
• Full Restoration: Upon successful payment, all premium features are immediately restored

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account access with others
• Understand that all analysis is for educational purposes only

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, algorithms, and materials on ProfitPal are the intellectual property of Denava LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 User Cancellation

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Membership fees and platform access remain valid after cancellation

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Denava LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

12. Price Changes and Service Modifications

12.1 Pricing Modifications

• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change subscription prices, service plans, and features at any time at our sole discretion
• Advance Notice: Active subscribers will receive 30 days advance notice of any price increases via email
• Grandfathering: Existing subscribers may continue at their current rate during the notice period
• Service Changes: We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to users

12.2 Early Bird and Promotional Pricing

• Early Bird and promotional pricing are limited-time offers subject to change or termination without notice
• Promotional rates may expire and revert to standard pricing as specified in the original offer
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional pricing at our discretion

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
