3. Membership Fee Policy

The $29.99 membership fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated and you have gained access to the ProfitPal ECOSYSTEM. This fee covers:
- Account setup and configuration
- Access to ProfitPal ECOSYSTEM
- Basic platform features and tools
- Initial onboarding and support
- Referral system participation
4. Monthly Subscription Policy

Monthly subscription fees may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Early Bird ($9.99/month until 12/31/2025): Refundable within 14 days
- Standard ($14.99/month from 01/01/2026): Refundable within 14 days
- Pro-rated refunds: Based on unused service time in the billing period
- Service issues: Technical problems preventing access for more than 72 hours
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or billing after cancellation

- Service downtime exceeding 72 hours in a billing period (with documentation)
- Duplicate billing due to technical errors (verified through payment records)
- Billing after successful cancellation (with proof of cancellation)
- Failed payment processing resulting in service disruption

All payments are processed through Stripe or Telegram Stars. Refunds will be processed through the same system and may be subject to the respective processor's policies and processing times.
